When you upload a recipe or image, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not violate copyright, privacy, or other laws. You keep ownership of your work.

By submitting images to OM Color Lab, you grant us permission to feature your images on OM Color Lab social media channels. Full credit will always be given to the original creator.

4. Community Conduct

Do not post abusive, hateful, illegal, or deceptive content. Spam, harassment, malware links, and repeated low-quality promotional posts are not allowed.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, close comments, limit accounts, or suspend access to protect the community and site operation. Moderation decisions are made in good faith for safety and quality.

6. Availability and Warranty

OM Color Lab is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or specific camera output results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, OM Color Lab and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the site.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the community grows. Continued use of OM Color Lab after updates means you accept the revised terms.
